libsyndication4 software package provides parser library for RSS and Atom feeds, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libsyndication4
libsyndication4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libsyndication4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libsyndication4 *
You will get with libsyndication4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
